It is recommended to do the labs before beginning and 6 months after beginning Immortalis Klotho Formula.

The Immortalis testing panel includes 6 tests: KLOTHO Klotho is marker of longevity and the body’s ability to regenerate.

Klotho gene is the first documented aging suppressor gene in mammals that can delay aging when over-expressed and accelerate aging when disrupted.

NAGALASE Nagalase is a marker of systemic inflammation in addition to being a marker of relative immune deficiency. Biological aging is characterized by chronic low-grade inflammation. Nagalase is an enzyme produced by cancer cells, cells infected by viruses, by viruses, and when cells undergo necrosis and/or are loaded with toxicants. Nagalase deglycosylates the Gc-protein thus preventing formation of GcMAF and this leads to relative immune deficiency. Nagalase is elevated in most chronic conditions ranging from cancer to autoimmune diseases and autism. Nagalase levels are influenced by age.

With implementation of the protocol, nasalize levels should decrease. Dr. Ruggiero and his team have observed decrease of nagalase levels when they had achieved successful detoxification (Madridge J Imm. 2017; 1(1): 23-27) PINI SCORE: A PINI score stands for Prognostic Inflammatory Nutritional Index.

There are 4 blood parameters (C-reactive protein (CRP), alpha(1)-acid glycoprotein, albumin and pre-albumin) enabling to calculate PINI score.

The prognostic inflammatory and nutritional index (PINI) is a simple scoring system of overall health, which aggregates two blood markers of inflammatory (i.e. catabolic proteins C-reactive protein and alpha (1)-acid glycoprotein) and of nutritional (i.e. anabolic proteins albumin and pre-albumin) states. PINI was developed to evaluate nutritional and inflammatory status of patients presenting inflammatory syndromes.

This scoring system provides a sensitive tool for the diagnosis and prognosis of stressed patients. Life risk is diagnosed when the score is >30, high risk is seen for score 21-30, an average risk 11-20, low risk when PINI is 1-10, normal (no risk) being <1 The PINI score should be as low as possible.

This score was developed in 1985 to help insurance companies estimate life expectancy of elderly people. The PINI score is universally accepted as a significant predictor of lethality and chronic institutionalization that may accompany aging and/or chronic diseases.

This score is an excellent measure of the nutritional and inflammatory status of the subject and is helpful in assessing an individual condition as far as nutrition and inflammation are concerned. More and more links are being found almost daily between environmental factors, obesity, oxidative stress, inflammation, systemic maladies and aging as well as with central nervous system disorders like Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s and cancer. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3922909 In 2012, Dr. Ruggiero and his team demonstrated that PINI score predicted life expectancy of last stage cancer patients who did not undergo any therapy.

Once you order the kit you will need to find a drawing laboratory near you that

a) will draw blood for other labs and
b) has a centrifuge.

You will cover the cost of return shipment.

The Sampling Procedure (to share with your local lab): Serum tube: tubes with gel separator like Red-capped Greiner Bio-One tube 8.5ml or BD Vacutainer SST II Advance Collect blood in 2 serum tubes, allow to clot for 1h, centrifuge (3000rpm 10min), aliquot the obtained serum in new clean tube & store at –20° / –80°C.

Send frozen (dry ice). Centrifuged serum tube could be shipped on ambient temperature if its delivery to our Lab is ensured in max 24h after the blood sampling.
